I just used the online checking account billing form and I still can't get in!

Purchasing a membership using your checking account is a two step process. First, your order is approved and then you are sent an email confirmation which gives you information on activating your check order. If you do not activate your order, then you will not be billed and you will not gain access to the Website you joined. Please make sure that you enter a valid email address when making a purchase.

I can't get into the site, my password isn't working!

A common problem with site access is not using the correct case. If you chose BAseBaLL as your password, you have to type BAseBaLL EXACTLY to access the site. Typing baseball will NOT work, usernames and passwords are case-sensitive.

At times, your username and password do not get passed from the billing processor to our server correctly.
In that case, you can reset your username and password Here.

If you still haven't determined the problem, see if we're online via HumanClick on our customer service page for an immediate answer to the problem. If nobody is available to help you online, send an e-mail to customer support detailing the problem as precisely and fully as you can. If you just say 'My password doesn't work', you will very likely be referred back here so make sure to state that you've tried the solutions listed on this page and haven't been able to resolve the issue.

It's very rare that you will make it this far without having your problem resolved, but it's good to know that whatever your problem may be, we'll find an answer for it.
